The new gainful employment rule's gonna destroy AI. With so many overpriced AS degrees, AI id at the top of the list for having programs cut. Argosy and South already cut their programs earlier last year to make sure they are in a good position whrn this act passed. They aren't completely safe either, but definitely in a way better position than AI. Lot of people are startimg to leavr AI online ... rum while you can!

when you cut programs, if you don't replace them with additional accredited course offerings you wind up with a lot of un warrentedm unused class space. Unused classs space takes capital to convert but to marketable real estate to sublet or give back, if lease timing permits. put another nail in the coffin....
