When the new Gainful Employment Ruling goes into effect in July 2015, the precipitous drop in enrollment and thus revenue for AI will be devastating. The Leasehold obligations will become overwhelming, Subleasing of space to releive some of this burden will be difficult to acheive with common entances and core areas needing to be shared with the surviving school and student population in addition to nearby comparable vacancies.
