No one takes you seriously. It is clear Follett has shifted from reputable and respect worthy leadership to well...jokes. The majority of you make bad decisions and abuse the power connected to your titles. Some of you can't think for yourselves which leaves to question your leadership abilities. this new administration has made Follett such an unhappy place!
The leadership abused their power long before this current CEO. That was the only way they felt secure; putting others down, writing up false insubordination claims and bullying. Then they would blame their very own group when a bad plan failed. This isn't new.
Ha! What a joke. The Follett values. I laughed so hard when I saw this. Then I puked.
Hey, don't belittle us, it takes time, effort and money to repackage something.
Don't forget the part where they paid Edelman to come in and repackage the Follett Values and update the graphics/suck the marrow out of them leaving empty jingoism behind! :-D
