SHC is planning to close an addition 200 stores in 2015 and consecutive years after with the effort to reduce the property foot print to 700 stores total being Sears/ Kmart combined. Current retail sites being approximately 1700. The actually list of closures for 2014 stemming into early 2015 being still within the 4th quarter is over 200.
