I cannot say this comes as a surprise and I am hopefully you all have been looking into other options and not trusting in the "Pillars" to pull through. You will see how poorly run that company is, especially COS location once you land on your feet at any other company. You'll look back and appreciate what you learned as well as this forced opportunity to better yourselves elsewhere.
