I would say the signers of that letter have some good instincts. This is starting to stink to high heaven.
Oh, man!! Let's see how well ECMC does with that group wanting them to fail! The problem is they will need to be squeaky clean and translucent to appease the many powerful folks who will be scrutinizing their every move. Does ECMC have the experience, industry knowledge and savvy to clean out all the rats before they fall back into their old habits? From what I'm seeing, it looks like ECMC may have been bamboozled into believing the issues were isolated and involved a few bad players. I don't think they have any idea who gets hired into management and promoted here, or what happens to honest and competent managers. They are going to let themselves be led right off the cliff, by the same people who caused this whole mess in the first place.
