Looks like selective favoritism. Some senior employees and new persons. I believe the campus made these selections and recommended to upper management. If ECMC was involved, based on their selection, they are very stupid and know nothing about how a school operates. All employees need to cover your ass. No one is safe no how well you do your job. We just found out the hard way.

206: The pattern is that they are merging with Aurora and current thinking higher up is that Aurora staff are better. So when there are redundancies, you can expect them to lay off at Thornton. It's unfair, but this is CCI.
Don't know all the answers yet. It appears to be very selective. The pattern will present its self once all the terminations are in.
were they going after people at Thornton that made too much money? What were the specifics behind the firings?
