Schlumberger Severance Pay

This is the short (official) answer as per SLB guidelines. Results may vary according to different criteria, i.e. who you are. Non-exempt employees get 1 week pay for every year of service up to 13 years. Exempt employees get 2 weeks pay for every year of service up to 13 years. This was lifted from a different thread.

I doubt that contractors have any severance pay coming to them. It's one of the reasons they are 'contractors.'
