It's a blood bath. My husband is an economist for a Houston brokerage firm and the contraction is all ready starting in a drop in sales in resturants, new car sales, etc in the Texas area. With the internet and communications, cause and effect happen very quickly. This is going to be a neutron bomb for housing and apartments in Houston.
