The DWA Board of Directors is the entity that rubber stamps JK's terrible business decisions. Who are these brilliant business minds? Mellody Hobson, Lew Coleman, Mike Montgomery, Tom Freston, Harry Brittenham, Lucien Grange and Jason Kilar. This rogues gallery shows up every quarter to blindly approve whatever is put in front of them and spends the rest of the time discussing political contributions, mutual log rolling, the size of their options, payout and per diem for the meeting and custom jet and yacht interiors. None of them know the first thing about how to run an actual business, produce quality products, hire and develop resources and balance a budget. What sort of board would let DWA perform so poorly year after year? They should be the first ones laid off. Each one is paid 3x what a lighter, animator, layout artist or TD makes. How do they earn this? By grinning ear to ear and approving all of the money wasting ideas presented to them.
