The only way to save this company is to clear house of all current managers in all levels and recruit the many great ones that have left over the last five to ten years! Remember the ones that had ethics, treated employees and students with compassion, encouraged life outside of work, etc. Remember the ones that actually came up with great ideas, great strategies and empowered others to run with theirs? Bring back the likes of senior leaders such as Pauldine, Mazzoni, Evenson, and great middle managers like Shields and Rago!!!

They found Fraude Clown prancing around making clothes, fairy that he is. What a colostomy bag he is.
I always wondered where they found all the douche bags who run the schools.
How do they find people whose greatest qualification is dishonesty?
you have to back a lot further than Mazzoni to find competent management at EDMC. There was a time when they acquired new art schools because they recognized that they knew how to serve their local markets, Now everything has to be uniform across all schools and it's not working. Mazzoni admitted this when we begged for a small amount of local marketing money and he said that he knew that the national campaign didn't work for al schools but "that's what we do." Brilliant!
Hmm...questionable practices been going on no matter their name...we sign those up even if they are in default/non aid eligible n has no ability to abide by a payment plan they signed. Duh they are in default ie they won't pay US/uncle Sam all for a number period...and the beat goes on.
don't remember any of those people or any other great managers that cared about anything except their numbers and paying their alimony/child support because most of them owe it!
I worked for Mazzoni and Pauldine, the difference between them and today's leaders is not as great as you think. They were more polished and in Pauldine's case, far more charismatic, but they were not above very questionable practices. The grass is always greener.
