At our sears, the store manager only cares about credit. If everyone in the store does not get credit apps. They have no job. Our store is being run into the ground.

Morning rally meetings at our store were always about credit apps, Shop Your Way, base-to-bonus SYW conversions, member feedback, etc. We rarely heard a thing about selling merchandise. When you're deliberately tanking a company, I guess sales get in the way.
Credit makes the most money, it's millions for nothing. Literally. They love that kind of stuff. He's compensated for that.
