when do Navigation layoffs start? Anybody heard anything?
I can confirm several at Aldine. Including myself.
When you decide whom to layoff, you don't take volunteers. You already have the low performance people on your radar. This is also a good time to push out those others that might land you in a law suit, if they were fired. Of course not everyone that is laid off falls into those cats, but many do.

Do you think they are still offering the retirement packages or are they done? Wonder when the offers went out? Do they take volunteers? I think that should be an option without penalty. Would probably save a lot of other jobs for those who want to stay.
People in Tomball are being offered "early retirement packages". Got a few farewell e-mails from people accepting.
If there have been any layoffs, no one in Tomball is talking.
