They have to have it postmarked by midnight 1/31/2014. If they don't, you can complain to the AZ Department Of Labor. The AZDOL will take 3 - 4 months to get back to you, by that time they will say they were sent out. I know, I had the same thing happen 13 years ago. I worked for a company that simply locked the doors on a pay day. According to AZ law, they were supposed to pay us within 72 hours. I complained to the DOL. 2 months later I got my check. I called AZDOL and told them that I got my check 2 months later. The AZDOL said "Well, they paid you, if you want to file a case against them for breaking the law you will need to consult with a lawyer". AZDOL is useless, they are so far behind they are going backwards.

They also needed to file an earnings report, these guys don't follow the law. This place is a violation of the law
