Layoffs, at Emmott, more likely next Thursday. Not today. They got to finish with all the drug testing first. That goes for other locations too

From what I understand, the last time they did one at Emmott, they took several people at once. They're not going to do one person at a time.

It takes time to layoff. 10% of Rankin road is 250 people. 30 min per person equates to 125 hours (250/2) which means close to 16 days if one person does it. Now there are multiple HR folks but still its not a one day job. Logic just tells me, that layoffs must start today to finish off most of the work this week.

How do you know, can you tell us a bit about the source. We had a bunch of false alarms here. Also, all salaried folks are getting severance, search for baker severance on this site.
