Bonus policy does state you must be employed at the time it is disbursed. But there are a few exemptions. In the case of layoffs or reduction in force bonuses will be paid out at the same time that everyone else will get it in March (as long as you were informed of your eligibility through BonusLink).

Bonuses have always been a "must be present to win" sort of situation. If you aren't here when(/if) they are paid out, you don't get one.

Severance is at the discretion of the company. If it is offered, it is 1 week pay for every year of service with a maximum of 26 weeks. Exempt, non-exempt, doesn't matter.

Same here, confirming what Anonymous61344 said - you get a week of pay for each week you worked at Baker. I joined 2 years ago so that's all what I got. Keep in mind it has to be a "FULL YEAR", not a portion of it. Health is covered for three months. That's it. I have a friend at SLB, they had a better deal, they were getting a cash allowance on top of whatever tenure based payment they were eligible for. Contractors get nothing. There is a Cap, I did not care about that. This is what SLB did: This is the short (official) answer as per SLB guidelines. Results may vary according to different criteria, i.e. who you are. Non-exempt employees get 1 week pay for every year of service up to 13 years. Exempt employees get 2 weeks pay for every year of service up to 13 years. This was lifted from a different thread.
