I think there was a thread on Dubai somewhere here a few days ago, you may use search to find it. Not sure about Paris and Singapore. I think, just my opinion, that they will cut everywhere and that includes the two locations you mentioned. There was also another thread on Moscow, they were cut at the very beginning. God bless.
