It's going to get even worse - look at how they just brought in that guy from Dell to lead HR during the takeover. He is fresh from removing 15000+ in Dell last year. No understanding of oil services, no love for the company - not a good outlook for Baker people. Time to get out if you can.

Baker has 6,000 to 8,000 employees in Houston. Just makes sense that Houston will lose the most people.

Houston will get hit harder than the field. Some product lines will get harder than others as well.
