Criteria? How about just breathing. The layoffs in the past never made sense. The asshole butt kisser that sleeps while his machine is running, keeps his job...while the ones who work hard, get the axe. I guess it does pay to be a butt kisser. Funny how the major butt kissers wore RED shirts when Haliburton came by the other day.

I think it'll be performance based, I am not 100% sure, but that seems to be a pattern at other locations. Also, folks with more tenure tend to have higher salaries, they are after high numbers too so if you are well paid you should be concerned. Just my 2 cents, this is all just rumors I am hearing from my folks at Baker
