To all bake hughes employees,iv been reading all and every post we all know the how the oilfield works we all also know how the oil prices have dropped extremely and this has nothing to do with the merger. This what i hate about the job is having to cut head count but due to stocks and demand we unfortunately have to make cuts in certain places across the board. There for layoffs are needed so that i can keep my salary. Now i will say im sorry for this hard times but its not permanently my thoughts go out to your familys so as of right now lets keep our minds on the right tracks and remember the baker hughes core of values. We ended 2014 as a great year and we will continue to go into 2015 the same way,and the only way to do that is to production going in all fields of baker hughes and to satisfy all of our customers and getting out our product on time and into a safely manner.thank you again for all the hard work.
