I am just curious to know if anybody knows the quantum of severance being offered this time around for EXEMPT positions. The last time this happened in 2009, it was 1 week salary X number of years of service at WFT subject to a cap of 9 weeks.

Weatherford ' s standard severance policy is 1 week per year of service with a maximum of 9 weeks. Minimum 2 yrs of service. You will get any vacation accrued, but not sick leave.
They may choose to handle it differently, but that is the policy available on the intranet.
