Field personal have goten large pay cuts. So far no layoffs. Everyone took a $50-80 a day pay cut

Layoffs im Permian tomorrow for some field hands.
Mileage cabt be cut. That's a tax write off for the company.
About a 20% pay cut in day rate. I'll take it gladly over layoffs. My guess is per diem and more mileage cuts are next

What is this percentage wise for you? 30% cut? 10% cut?
Running hangers has a day rate of $600-1000.
Pay cut is cheaper then unemployment.
