Ploy. Exactly just like the spike the fall 2014 edmc stock took for no valid reason seeing that the annual report reflected over a half billion loss. One ploy after another netting nothong for us students. Tuition freeze came to late for an overpriced product. Paying for a BMW but get a Yugo
