What a poor leader. Have some courage, look your workers in their faces and tell them what your plan is. SLB, Baker and BP leaders at least had guts to do that. Duroc-Danner does not deserve to lead us.

He isn't clueless. He is just going to give his self a 20 million dollar bonus at the end of the year like he did the last time they had layoffs like this......
