Been a employee at floor hand level for almost 15 years. One fine day the General manager and his HR shadow called me upstairs. Deu economical reasons you are layed off as we speak. Looked outside to ease myself a bit and saw all those happy faces from temporary workers on the yard and workshop. At least do not lie to your people,i replied and wish him and his HR girlfriend a good luck on his red W sinking ship.

They are n nickle and dimeing every hour we work now. If we clock out just a few minutes after our 8 hrs shift they go into the system and roll it back to show exactly 8 hrs worked.
You talk like your a manager that has a 8 to 5 job. i hope you are able to keep it. What is the company doing for you now.
You obviously haven't worked at Wal Mart, let's be humble here and appreciate things that the company have done for all of us. I know the execs are greedy, I know what we are laying people off, but still our benefit's are good, pay is on time, nobody is nickle-dime-ing you about numbers of hours you work, etc.
