Look at how all these posts started. With Fear of getting laid off. We were not blind sided by the fact that lay offs were coming. We all new it was inevitable. Slum burgers and Hail a burton were all laying off. What makes WFT so special that they wouldn't. Anger, yes I am pissed I was laid off, however every time I have been laid off from a company such as this, it has gotten better for me. Not immediately but eventually. Hate, I understand that we hate the company that did this to us, its a right we all have, don't let that hate blind you. I have hated and eventually calmed down, remember most of us still have friends in WFT. At some point this will all turn around and it will be WFT crawling back to us. Suffering, at the moment yes. it sucks to be the one let go with so many others that I believe should have gone before me. Is there a buddy buddy system in WFT? Absolutely, however those individuals that chose friendship over workmanship will soon reap their rewards.
We are very critical of our management structure, and the way things were handled. What have others done that were sick of it. Some have started a new companies, probably with WFT tools but they have started a new company none the less. Some mom and pops. Some are direct competitors in some areas. Are you going to sulk and wallow, or rise out of the ashes, a new person. Create your own worth. Don't be dragged down by others.
