The big news is when the merger starts. That's when another round of big personnel cut in order to realize the synergy for stockholders. None of the cut so far for Baker Hughes and Halliburton are related to the merger. So a lot of lay off once the merge goes ahead to optimizing phase.

So you were aware that 6,500 employees will be let go at HAL? I do not think anyone knew the number. This is THE news of the day.
