At the stores there has been a drastic reordering of scheduling of products; additionally a major dollar amount has been allocated for each location to have a much larger staff (including dedicated eFollett order fulfillment specialists) and several directives have been issued (such as having stores open the Saturday and Sunday before classes start, scheduling order fulfillment specialists 30 minutes prior to open and 30 after close, etc.) While it all sounds good in theory, it's created quite a burden, and the haphazard way it was implemented left much to be desired.

When can they outsource CNS?

Besides self promoting themselves on this board, no results.

Many layoffs planned in 2015. Objective is continued to replace positions to outsourced or temps placements.
