It's real simple. EDMC as a whole is going no where. If you don't want to be part of a RIF or layoff, handle your damn business. Quit hanging out here, shut up, and dial.
Regardless of the meetings held...merging of any of the brands = layoffs. All part of the grand plan. Reduction in redundancy of workload.
Things are great at SUO, they will save the sinking ship that is AUO. Mr Read will save the day!
Not layoffs, it is in regards to the SUO/AUO merger that will happen in 2015.
So they have 2 days to make their lay off selections so they can make notifications on Thursday ( the historical day of previous lay offs)... and if it does not happen now the threat of impending layoffs will continue to be overhanging.
Exposure to this kind of stress over time leads to a condition called "Generalized Anxiety Disorder". Check it out. If you are felling "over stressed " over an extended period of time, you might want to set up a Dr. Appointment while you still have healthcare.... Just saying....
Finalizing all the details for the layoffs tomorrow.
I'm sure they are trying to figure out how many lower level staff they need to layoff in order to save their own backsides
