After the announced merger, stock has dropped over 11% in one day. I guess the street isn't impressed and with loan commitments tied to stock prices - it's only a matter of time before employees get whacked.

ETE Just announced offer to buy WMB - are they going to do the traditional buy then layoff the acquired workers?
