@a4 I think that you are the same troll poster who always spews $h*+ here on this site with hurtful comments like your nothing burger posts, and are also lsomeone who does not know how things work at t.
For everyone else, while lower performers are always impacted with these layoffs, to say that the close to 5k-7k employees impacted by these recent layoffs were bare minimum employees is one of the more ignorant comments you’ll read here today, this past round of layoffs specifically targeted older employees, look around and see whose gone as of July 01st, for example in our organization most if not all that that were let go were the older employees many who were also top performers with high stack rankings in tableau, don’t believe me, if you’re part of a sales organization look at the Tableau rankings for the past 3 months and see whose gone and how many of the sellers who are have a 70% or lower ranking are still on payroll. Salary ranges and legacy pension were 2 of the key driving factors this last round, and with the goal to get to sub 75k employees with the next 2 rounds later this year and into 2027 you’ll continue to see more good people let go. #fireJohnStankey

AT&T's largest investors (Vanguard, Blackrock, State Street) need to demand our elected chairman (Bill Kennard) to hold JTS accountable for T's performance. These investors hold the majority of companies stock, 20% in total and they need to demand an ROI. Enough funny games, time for JTS to be fired.
