This was a very very sad state of desperation. When you’ve already made layoffs , stopped everything fun in the company , destroyed customer value and relevance and then have the gall to pick the pockets of the people who make ‘anything’ happen - whilst showing absolutely no accountability at the exec level for presiding over this s*it show. I’m afraid to say we are in a death spiral.
I wish I’d volunteered this cycle #regret.
