We’re happy to announce that MDLZ will be implementing a new contemporary parental leave program with globally consistent minimum standards, to give all parents time to bond with their new child or children – time that allows them to adjust and thrive in their new family situation. It’s a move that allows us to put in place minimum standards of parental support and benefits wherever colleagues are in the world – whether they’re a mother or father. Our new parental leave program is just one of the ways we’re driving a more diverse and inclusive culture at MDLZ. We’ll continue to share our progress on our other Diversity & Inclusion focus areas in the coming months. #TeamMDLZ
