Look at things realistically. 85% of the Ford leadership team are just messengers and meeting makers and contribute nothing to the Ford’s bottom line. The leadership is scared and acts badly out of fear. They know they can’t get a comparable job elsewhere.
Let’s be honest most of the Ford leadership team can be dumped. They are easily replaced with AI-driven services. AI-driven services such as Jira, Asana AI, and ServiceNow can replace them in a heartbeat. The best thing Bill Ford could do is fire them all and let unemployment sort them out. Will it happen? Nope Bill will continue to fire experienced engineers, and continue to expand the bloated leadership structure.

@1an I've been building software this entire time. Exactly what I wanted to do before speaking out on how Ford engaged in bad faith while I was there since alternative amicable paths were also not working out. This led to some harsh harassment throughout, I was being followed everywhere I went. Later, I came to the conclusion out that they were using ALPR to torment me. I had a road rager incident months before that where someone I honked at started chasing me before that, it was pretty scary and I had no follow up despite reporting it to the police. Anyway, the ALPR was scary since I was a bit shaken by the road rager, it was pretty bad to the point where I had to abandon my vehicle and run on foot. Regardless, I am hoping to get closure from all the nastiness that I've endured these past few years eventually. But my priority right now is to focus and not lose any more time to the constant harassment that came from reporting a company with as much money as Ford. I don't want to participate in any of this stuff and want to do my own thing with peace and privacy, unfortunately other people have their own ideas to use me as a punching bag anonymously because they think I'm not a human being that deserves decency for speaking out on people being unfair and destructive. For a couple years now, I've continuously been harassed all because I keep pointing out all the various escalations that came from continuing to speak up. So that hasn't been fun, because it just shows how corrupt things are here. I want to just focus on my software, that's all I ever wanted. But this company and adjacent parties decided to just torment, harass, and invade my privacy. If I go into specifics, you will see how this was a human rights violation, but I digress. Also to @1ap+1kwvk12t8 : You can say what you want but when they memory hole and do various things to mischaracterize me, what you're saying really isn't fair. I really don't know how some of you people live and constantly thrive on this chaos. I wanted to be left alone years ago but I was getting stalked and approached in person before I had ever even spoke up. They messed with my livelihood and then turned it into a spectacle. It's not fair or right at all and I will seek to find out who the operators of this site are when I'm older, but I really need to focus on my own projects and work. This has been a distraction that has necessitated a response for years because people in our communities who are in a position of power are involved in something dark that I want to part in. And they also want to silence me over what happened so there is a vested interest to ensure that. I have no plan. I'm a victim and people who used to be in my personal life (but no longer are) found this as a unique opportunity to kick me while this company is kicking me all while the public agencies and institutions were kicking me too. It is just ridiculous and I think you people use the word psychopath very lightly, but if you were to think about the harassment and abuses I've experienced in my life from stuff like this... you'd come to the same conclusion that these are the ones who are acting in psychopathic behavior. CASE A. Why is my sisters name on this site? I'm just responding rationally to harm against me. It's not riling me up it's literally trying to force me to respond to stuff. Haven't been on this site in 2 days, nice to know you took that opportunity to leave that conclusion up here. My honest dream is to never go on this site again, but people don't want to grant me that. Because they want to basically torture me in hopes to vilify me as a way to emotionally launder what was done to me. It's just fu---d up bruh.

I agree with this, primarily a couple of LL4s and an LL5 or two possibly a LL2 and an LL3 that I know of. The practical jokes need to end at this company. Note I did not mention an LL6 in that whole spiel? The place is sick and dying, best to let it go in peace. Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. Some of us are Sick from it all. Be kind, it’s not a nice place.
