My department is not eligible for any bonuses, no communication was brought to us about a bonus.
The people who has been year for years said the bonuses are only about like 1%.
We don't even get Christmas Eve off which is crazy, or even get many holidays.. and it's super stupid of HR to bring on people with no financial experience as a Specialist making $75-80k but have no idea what they are doing or even what a reconciliation is.
In the last 4 months, we've had people with 8+ years of experience to 20+ years of experience leave.. on our team and me leaving will impact us also. Promote people that have given value to the company over the course of the years.
I am also training people who are fresh college grads that are higher ranked than most people on my team and making way more with no finance experience, which doesn't make sense..
