Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

@Caitlin Mullen

You're doing a good job trying to get to the truth. The problem is you're dealing with a bunch of liars.

They're telling you that we are still near 44,000 employees. Hiw can that possibly be when in the last year they've cut thousands?

They're telling you that they'restreaming. Cutting customer support, product management, development, and other areas that creat product growth is not streamlining. That's cutting out the heart of the compaus?

They tell you there's hybrid options. There are no such options. The only people who are work from home are sales and the company is whittling that group down as well. Those close to an office must report in. I'm sure the company didn't tell you that Frank monitors the badge swipes at office locations to ensure people are actually in.

In the middle of all the cuts, did you know that Frank sent a memo about the company being named to the American Opportunity list? People are losing careers and he's posting things that show how dense he is?

Did you notice how he's going after all the people who have been here for 15 years or more?

Did you notice how while he's cutting humans, he still has his lower Manhattan office?

A real leader finds ways to cut costs without cutting the heart of the company. A real leader would not be adding costs to the company while his people are suffering.

One service you could provide is to offer your readers a suggestion to not blindly renew with Fiserv. Add SLAs that have monetized repercussions in their contracts. Do not auto-renew. Now is the time to look at other core providers because Fiserv is cutting the support teams down to nothingness.

A dog whistle is sending a message to everyone, where one part of the audience will interpret the message one way, the rest of the audience will interpret that another way.

You are not a white supremist group member who knows that the "globalist", "satanic elite", "Hollywood elite", "global banks" and "New Yorkers" are all just dog whistles to refer to Jews. You interpret that to mean something else. (Somehow someone can be Jewish and a Satanist somehow?)

Anyway, you might want to brush up on your white supremist dog whistles to make sure you information sources aren't secretly white supremist organizations attempting to convert or use you.

How would they benefit by having you ignore other information sources?

@2zim+1jh40k8q, not sure what you are trying to say. Nothing written in that statement is anti-semitic at all. It was referring to satanic elite, which happens to be a select group of Jews and Gentiles. Anyway, go blow your whistle somewhere else.

To the person who said that CNN and the TV networks are real media, you are ignorant. The main stream media is owned by the same group of folks who own 95%+ of all tv, radio, print, and social media companies worldwide. They have been indoctrinating the American people for decades and now have people like you convinced that they are the beacon of truth. They are not. They hold the water for the satanic elite that wants to destroy you. They are not your friend and will certainly not care about your or anyone elses plight at Fiserv.

Had an external interview (I'm getting out) and told them about the goings on at Fiserv/FD. The response was "that's M&A 101 of what not to do".

Exactly, let’s please not bring CNN or the Senate into all this. We’ve seen quite enough of what they bring to the table these last two years and piling that on top of what’s going on will not be helpful in the slightest. Besides do you honestly think those in Washington care about what’s happening here? Good Lord, the media and the politicians care about Wall Street, not us. I’m sorry but the fact that is even brought up as even remotely a solution fuels peoples delusion. Elizabeth Warren?? SMDH

Contact Senator Elizabeth Warren https://www.warren.senate.gov
"As a member of the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs, Senator Warren works on legislation related to financial services and the economy, housing, urban development, and other issues, and participates in oversight of federal regulatory agencies."

Someone from Jersey could contact a local tv station or better yet someone from an office that has had layoffs contact their local media about the job losses e.g. Premier. I think they had people in Lincoln.

The real media needs to be notified like CNN or The tv networks to investigate. Then it will get the attention of the Senate.

From our own internal system (Workday) the current number is 35k. 44k is waaaaaaay off base. If people are telling you this, they are full of sh!t.

The environment is absolutely toxic. In an attempt to control and monitor, they've absolutely demoralized the entire workforce outside of a couple of protected locations. It's a real life model for how NOT to run a company.

I feel the situation is worthy of regulatory scrutiny or hearings by the Senate Banking Committee, not to mention the discriminatory issues raised. Fiserv manages the core software for almost 40% of the worlds banks yet is not fully supporting it. Why is this not a national political issue when banks and credit unions are at risk? This software is called core because it is at the heart of a financial institution's ability to run and account for its funding not to mention serve the consumer fairly and appropriately. I believe contacting the relevant party on the Senate Banking Committee and alerting the regulatory bodies would serve the clients by telling the truth and giving the thousands dismissed the confidence to seek a legal remedy. Massive scoop for a journalist.
