I agree. A lump sum properly invested should realize 4% or more with reasonable risk.
This last comment is absolutely false take the money and run the gatt/intrest rates have never been better the money invested correctly will earn 5% -7% annually and you can draw 4.2% annually penalty free don't listen to haters
its a terrible offer considering when you invest your lump sum you will get just about zero interest on it.

It’s an across the board offer. Many titles involved. No word on the amount though.
@4tug no clue what you mean about the union - most of us aren’t in it and be a little nicer. Wireline has rifs every November and this November will be no different (confirmed)and I’m referring to the non union wireline folks. Always a good package though.

I don’t know why anyone finds it so hard to believe. It’s not uncommon for the Company to offer EISP packages.
Im a rep in one of the CWA locals. As far as I know only Union Reps have seen it. It was just sent to me about an hour ago, and no I’m not showing it. I’m also not giving names out. Give it a few days and you’ll see for yourself.
@3stc Prove it. Where did you see this? Who showed it to you? Just give a name so of the person so we can look them up in the email system and email them to confirm your claim. If your claim is true then you have nothing to worry about.
As the other poster has noticed here, no proof and nothing is posted anyplace that backs up your claims.
