She (or her handles) post constantly. What are the odds that her attempt to spin the company as positive and progressive are directly tied to her bonus?

Her posts on LI are self serving. The only thing she promotes is herself. And getting paid millions to do it.

Not enough. LI posts are hard work and she should get overtime for them.
The total compensation of the top 5 executives is public knowledge. XOM publishes it by law. So you can see salary plus cash bonus plus RSU plus value of benefits including pension. You can also see unvested RSU and how many shares they own. DW will earn nearly $30 mill this year. SVPs will earn 10 to 13 million.
Also, you need to make a distinction between reported and realized pay. 50% of share grants do not vest until 10years after retirement...so reported pay is much less than realized pay. Realized pay will depend on stock price when the 50% actually vests 10 years after retirement

In 2021, Linda received 64.4 k shares restricted stock and will likely get about 70k this year. At $115/sh that is 7Million...add in base pay and bonus...Total comp is about 10 million
I see her more on my LinkedIn feed than I do at employee forums, coffee chats, etc.
She’s holding over 350k shares of stock (x$114) so she’s getting paid alright.
I for one appreciate executives in our company who are willing to make public statements. We need more not less of this behavior. Look at our competitors. I’m still waiting for Darren Woods to start posting. He needs to. Welcome to 2023. The silent CEO is a thing of the past. Carefully scripted interviews with your favorite reporters don’t count.
She should be doing real work instead of f00ling around in forums, meetings, and so on. Her company is imploding and she is doing nothing about it. I wonder when Darren will open his eyes and fire her. She is another Vijay. Useless. It would be cheaper to hire an actress to replace her in all those useless forums and a high schooler to write her posts on LI. Darren, there you have another cost savings. I am saving you millions.
Her posts are mind numbingly inane, superficial and simplistic. If this is the example of the best and brightest that employees are supposed to aspire to and model themselves on, no wonder the company is in the state it is.

I would guess her total compensation is in the millions. On a per hour basis in the thousands. Using social media to enhance the Company image is part of her job
