@a2 I didn’t post the 13th however, I was advised that the the different levels are receiving it at different times. Highest leadership levels were advised this past week of anyone who will be leaving.. the 13th is directors (the next level down)etc….. 20th should band 6 and below (everyone else)…. So it was just a slower rollout to the upper leadership levels. Probably a real shock to some at those levels who thought they were untouchable.
Why would you think GNT would be immune? The aren't, but wondering what your logic is for thinking they wouldn't be hit.

No group is immune. The push and expectation for AI to replace work is unreal. For those that stay, it’s only a matter of time. Verizon is unrecognizable. But as long as the board is happy and Dan’s friends get the big bucks.

15% is what we got in our org. Names has been communicated to the ADs. Pick is based on performance and stack ranking among your peers. Some teams will be moved to contractors from FT
