More than half of my team is not meeting productivity due to lack of work. We’re all getting verbal coaching done. Our PL just said in order to not be laid off we need to meet but it’s impossible. All of this is just crazy to me.

@ap my team had daily 1:1s for coaching…no improvement.
More than half of our team isn’t meeting metrics either. I track mine out of Cenpas daily and am barely meeting. I’m pretty sure they silently updated the CPH without letting analysts know as I was exceeding for the same line of business and work last year. There’s been such lack of communication between analysts and our PL. It’s absolutely disgusting and disheartening that they can treat us the way leads do!!! Not saying all are bad because I’ve had some great ones but my current one as well as above her are pitiful for lack of better words
My team can't meet productivity. Volume is just too low. If some has more auths to review than everyone else, they are forced to share that work. We'll all get laid off at this rate. Coaching was mentioned in my check point as a way to help me meet productivity. Right. That's going to help increase membership and get people in the hospitals. SMH.
Wow this is odd. We meet productivity of were out.
@af what does your PL tell you ?
The majority of my team is not meeting metrics and has not for a year now.
@a9 I'm sorry. This is absolutely your PL managing you out.
@a7 I wish! Been here less the 2 years if not I would have taken it instantly
@OP Whatever you all just experienced with your PL is absurd! I really don’t think what's happening is a reflection of your team's productivity at all. Based on what I've read from others on this platform and several people I know that work there, this seems more like a big picture company restructuring and headcount move than anything personal. When a company loses that many members from ACA/Medicaid/Medicare shifts and other business changes, they usually start adjusting the organization to match where the business is now. That doesn’t make it hurt any less, especially in a market like this, but from the outside this feels a lot more business driven than performance.
Read between the lines and take the VSP.
Moving the goalposts.... if you can't meet your metrics, you can be put on a PIP, if you are on a PIP you can be fired,
Cheapest way to move your attrition numbers.
Same here. What’s your role?
Your PL sounds awful. I'm so sorry.
Wow. Are you freaking kidding me??
