Denial. Anger. Bargaining. Depression. Acceptance.
I have gone through all of them.
At this point, I am going to sit back, get myself some popcorn, and watch this sh-t show go down.
Even if I am no longer with Centene in the next several months, I will continue to follow this saga, simply for learning and entertainment purposes.

Watching people lose their jobs is heartbreaking. Layoffs don't just affect a paycheck they impact families, mental health, and people's sense of security. When employees have given their time, energy, and loyalty, they deserve transparency, respect, and compassion throughout the process. It's hard not to feel like the people who helped build the company are treated as numbers instead of individuals. My thoughts are with everyone who has been affected. I hope those impacted find new opportunities where they are truly valued.
@a6 my team was broken up and some had individual 1x1 meeting to be told who they would now be moved to report to and others that will be moved together. Two did not have any meeting, and still do not, assuming they are on a lay off list or already applied.

@a6 agreed. We had a team meeting after the notice. And so did another team. Their director gave notice a week later.
@OP but at least you get to go through them all while being part of the ol' OneCenTEAM
@a6 I have not had a meeting either with my PL. I don’t have any idea what her or my team is thinking.
@a5 please keep us posted, we haven’t had any sort of meetings with PL. I think she has checked out because I think she truly feels like she’s going to get canned.
My team has been broken down in to three or four different meetings this Friday for the "reorganization update" which I find VERY telling.
