Thread regarding U.S. Bank layoffs

PTO question

According to My HR, vacation amount doesn’t change for grades 14+ unless you have 25+ years of service.

Can anyone confirm whether that’s true, or do certain higher grade levels receive more vacation time?

I don't know why so many of you come on here asking questions about things that are not even a little bit secret. It's in MyHR, much like anything else.

HR Policy: Vacation and Purchased Vacation

It clearly lays out vacation time granted based on years of service and grade level.

Stop keeping yourselves ignorant and do three seconds of searching in the intranet. It isn't hard.

You can always pay for an extra week of vacation too...

@OP 4 weeks at grade 14 and up until you hit 25 years of service then you get 5 weeks. At 25 years you get 5 weeks regardless of job grade.

@OP You’re 100% correct. 5 weeks of vacation is the max, but you need 25 years of service.
