@as over many years my SD received comments directly naming him as an issue. Yet he was never taken to task and allowed to get away with it, yet we always had to create action plans and deal with the unhappy staff

Verizon's employee Pulse survey should be renamed. With all the layoffs, the next version should be called Life Support survey —and the follow-up survey should be called Flatline survey.

@OP Can’t wait to hear how everyone said they want to return to the office to hang out with their best friends at work.

Management bean counters can go pound sand and kick rocks.

My Director in VBG was also upset with the results which made me snicker because he is a typical bureaucratic bean counter and paper/email pusher and he only cares because it makes him look bad

Apparently they are most upset when people indicate they don't want to stay with VZ for the next 10 year... quite hilarious in this status quo. It's hard not to despise "leaders" like that

My Sr Director received bad feedback.. He said it was bad but did not share any screen to show the exact results. He asked what is not working well while knowing really well what’s not working well.

Did you VP share? In VEC not a whisper.

Biggest focus is participation.

Useless
