@as over many years my SD received comments directly naming him as an issue. Yet he was never taken to task and allowed to get away with it, yet we always had to create action plans and deal with the unhappy staff

My Director in VBG was also upset with the results which made me snicker because he is a typical bureaucratic bean counter and paper/email pusher and he only cares because it makes him look bad
Apparently they are most upset when people indicate they don't want to stay with VZ for the next 10 year... quite hilarious in this status quo. It's hard not to despise "leaders" like that
My Sr Director received bad feedback.. He said it was bad but did not share any screen to show the exact results. He asked what is not working well while knowing really well what’s not working well.
Did you VP share? In VEC not a whisper.
Biggest focus is participation.
