Sounds like Evanko wants to start his tenure off with a layoff this Thursday. Good luck!

@kf not anymore. ESI isn’t a growth driver these days. Now they’re zeroing in on hospital systems that offer infusion treatments as the new revenue generator. It’s all about Specialty
@kj it makes me think of the The Arab and the Camel fable. On a freezing night, a camel asks its owner if it can just put its head inside the tent to keep warm. The Arab agrees. Slowly, the camel begs to warm its neck, then its front legs, and finally its whole body. Once entirely inside, the camel complains the tent is too small and pushes the Arab outside into the cold.
@kf Evernorth has been doing layoffs for HIH since 2023, possibly 2022 even. They butchered Accredo so they could put their own people in. Now notice how much pride they have for Accredo, as if they made it what it is today. Absolutely not!
@jz that’s a surprise. I thought Evernorth/Express-Scripts pharmacy services is a safer place than other groups in Cigna
@jy Evernorth/Express-Scripts pharmacy services
@jv very sorry to hear. Are you able to share what department/business area?
@jv so was I pretty the much entire ifp department
@OP I was just let go about 30 minutes ago. SMH.
IFP has been a sinking ship for years. The whole system is a disaster. It’s been staying a float off the back of Medicare. I’m not surprised it sank after Medicare departed. I don’t even know if leadership truly knows how bad it was.
@a4 there is information on Iris about the end of IFP accounts and job eliminations and/or people being moved for that department.
@dc replying to myself. Not much of an update sorry everyone. Basically just went over what normal stuff and Other reminders like hippa and pto requests. Also went over some recognition for other members (not me lmao) and other department achievements for the quarter. No mention of layoffs just seemed like a regular town hall.
@a4 what are we looking for there??
I have a csc town hall today I’ll update you guys
Whoever do it will be laid off?
@a2 go into Iris, HR Central, and search for Job Elimination
