Has anyone had or has a checkpoint scheduled with their PL ? I haven't heard anything and nothing is scheduled.

@a1Me and my PL usually get straight to talking bullsh-t and then use the last 5 minutes to get to business lol.

@a5 Yea a survey seriously ? Wtf ? I had a 1:1 and it was weird. PL had little to say she seemed to be detached.
Yes I had mine today and my once a month employee coaching. I turned my form in basically blank. What was also crazy is a survey came out today. Are you kidding me. These people are so clueless
