A0's are people who are usually the big dinosaurs who bring their cousins, friends, girl/boy friends in to the company through various channels and dumps the grade 4/5 when layoffs come. You gotta do what you gotta to do to drink the dinosaur kool-aid. If you don't you are out
Referring to low A numbers so people that’s been here around 40+ years. Mainly fat a-s help desk dudes that’s been around way longer than anyone should stay at a job and can’t/wont get a promotion because they think they’re the end all be all in the brokerage world. Those guys.
