@a4 Dish/Echostar has already sold the bulk of their spectrum holdings to SpaceX and AT&T. Verizon or T-Mobile might buy some of their remaining spectrum but without buying the whole company.
Unless they have an spectrum that VZ would want, won't happen.
@OP This doesn’t pass the most basic smell test! That alleged acquisition wouldn’t make any sense for Verizon.
