The other option is to turn the companies around and make them world class companies. If they make a lot of money the elliott group will turn to another company to destroy and HON will prosper. Only we, the workers van make that happen. Management adds no value, their contribution is in supplying the tools to do the job and the training to do that successfully. One can rollover and accept defeat or re-engage and defend your jobs. think about those who depend on you before deciding. we're here for 8 hours a day anyway, make the best of it.
VK and his pr team trying real hard to make it sound like this was part of his strategy.
@a5 I share the same sentiment, especially for PA, they have an outsider running, and PA was moved out of IA.
Elliot will try to sweeze any piece of blood left in this company and dump it.
@bf I know!!!!!, V.Kaput said 2.5 yrs, really, so this was in works way way early.
When did 2 year timeline start?
You’ve seen nothing yet. I expect there will make some announcements within the two year timeframe. Where they will announce major optimization and cost cutting measures. Remember, they stated that Elliot management could get our stock up to $357-$398. They’re gonna find out how they’re gonna do this
He’s very aggressive, Paul Singer who founded Elliott management. This is what I think is gonna happen. I’m hoping I’m wrong. Yet! I’ve been reading Elliot management playbook and his letter that he sent to the board of directors. This is the only outcome that is possible. I hope you guys all have your résumé ready.
