There will be another in September in ATS.
@bx , he first needs to stop squandering billions on foreign nations & THEIR conflicts (NOT ours). Too bad he’s beholden to “boss Bibi”.
will the fat yellow man get free trade back to the status quo or not? 1T+ dollars later and nothing to show for it.
This “10% across the board” that we keep seeing- is that 10% for every manager, or 10% across the whole company (including international) - some orgs won’t be touched and others could be decimated?
So many of us know we'll eventually be surplussed so we're just hanging out until they do pay us to leave which eventually they will. We ain't leaving until they pay us to leave. And if they don't, well we'll just stay taking it easy making our top union pay doing as little actual work as possible while the bootlickers stress out.
Pretty much 10% cut across the board. This includes all the people that got relocation letters and said no the lobby be off the payroll as of July 1. Our director has told us 6/15 is the date of the layoff
@b3 , Correct thou art.
@b1 they do not want volunteers as they know they will leave soon anyway. They want the people planning to stay 5+ years
Will this include opportunities for people to volunteer?
The surplus calls and notices will be released Friday, June 12th in the afternoon. Employees will be ranked by performance and on-going leadership discussions will occur until headcount and final numbers are shared by Legal and HR. We anticipate a 5% reduction of Level 1 Management headcount and all employees will be off payroll by July 1, 2026. It’s presumed to be due to the cost of doing business in CA and the new HQ buildings being built in Plano, TX.
3rd quarter lay offs are announced on June 15 per CWA contract. Been like that for over 30 years
@ac how many waives will there be?
@a6 , queue up that old WASP tune entitled “The Torture Never Stops”.
Wave 1 launches 6/16. Off payroll 7/1z
@a9 studies have statistically shown that there's less chance of an incident if you do it on a Friday...
Since the 15th is on a Monday, it will on Friday the 12th.
There will be multiple dates and notices
Well, if there is a layoff in June then Stank will have another thing to blame his shi++y employee survey scores on!
It never stops. There will be force actions every month until the Stank is gone or his targeted head count number is achieved.
